Dear mySimon Partner:In July 2005, mySimon.com service will transition the back-end powering of a select group of categories to our strategic partner, Shopping.com.
As a result, we will be terminating your listing agreement and discontinuing your listings program with mySimon on the date of that transition, which we expect will occur between July 15, 2005 and July 31, 2005. After the date of the transition, your links will no longer appear on mySimon. [We will notify you of the actual date of the transition as we get closer to that date. ]
If you are a current listings partner of Shopping.com, your listings will automatically appear on the new mySimon.com. You do not need to take any further action.
If you are not currently a listings partner with Shopping.com, you may setup an account with them in time for the transition. To do this, please visit Shopping.com at http://merchants.shopping.com/welcome.html
We very much appreciate the support and business you have given mySimon.com over the years. We believe that this next chapter for the site will continue to ensure that users and resellers receive an excellent buying and selling experience.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us:

Sincerely,
